RCS for Business
The Canadian Telecommunications Association supports collaboration and alignment across the Canadian messaging ecosystem by facilitating industry-led frameworks and best practices. In the context of RCS for Business, the Association acts as a neutral coordinating body, bringing together Carriers, Aggregators, Brands/Agents, and other stakeholders to help establish shared processes that promote consistency, transparency, and trust.
The Association does not operate or enforce RCS services, but serves as a conduit for information-sharing and coordination at the request of its members, with the goal of supporting a scalable and sustainable RCS ecosystem in Canada.
